The Senior Sales Engineer will partner with Enterprise Account Executives to increase effectiveness, productivity, and revenue growth. They will provide product demonstrations, support POCs, and possess excellent communication and technical skills.
Responsibilities
Partner with Enterprise Account Executives for discovery calls, product demonstrations, POC support, and onsite meetings
Provide customized product demonstrations
Match customer needs to solutions
Become an expert on Motive’s competition
Be a product expert
Work with Enterprise AEs to respond to RFIs and RFPs
Act as a sales liaison between internal organizations
Requirements
5+ years of experience in pre-sales/sales engineering (SaaS and Hardware experience is a plus)
Bachelor's Degree required, Bachelor’s of Science preferred, MS a plus
Ability to travel ~30%
Excellent communication skills
Proven analytical and problem-solving skills
Consistent track record selling complex solutions
Experience with Enterprise sales cycles
Experience in the Transportation & Logistics industry is a plus
