Job Description

Motive seeks a Senior Corporate Communications Manager to develop and execute high-impact communications across corporate, financial, and internal channels. This role involves shaping and protecting the corporate brand and financial narrative, ensuring consistent messaging across stakeholders, including media, employees, investors, and partners.

Responsibilities

• Support and execute corporate PR strategy
• Draft and own press releases and other external materials
• Manage day-to-day coordination with PR agencies
• Support proactive and reactive media strategies
• Partner with Finance, Investor Relations, and Legal teams
• Draft and refine financial materials
• Monitor and assess issues impacting corporate reputation
• Develop and maintain messaging frameworks
• Lead cross-functional alignment for rapid response communications
• Develop and manage internal communications plans
• Draft executive communications
• Advise stakeholders on communication strategy
• Coordinate messaging and plans across teams

Requirements

• 10-12+ years of experience in corporate communications and public relations
• Experience leading strategic communications at a high-growth company or within an agency
• Strong internal communications experience
• Understanding of financial communications and reporting cycles
• Experience with crisis planning and communications
• Exceptional writing and editing skills
• Track record of building trusted relationships
• Bachelor’s degree in Communications or related field
• Experience working in a fast-paced industry
• Strong relationships with Executives, Finance, Investor Relations, and Legal
