Job Description

ARSIEM is seeking a Help Desk Technician to provide technical support for computers and associated networks for a government client in Columbia, MD.

Responsibilities

  • Installs, troubleshoots, services, and repairs personal computers and network equipment
  • Provides hardware and software support
  • Connects computers and terminals to data networks
  • Diagnoses and resolves hardware, software, and network problems
  • Maintains network diagrams and circuit records
  • Maintains trouble logs
  • Instructs users in computer and network use
  • Investigates user needs and makes recommendations
  • Performs software programming

Requirements

  • High School diploma plus advanced training
  • 2-3 years of experience
  • Active Secret clearance
  • U.S. citizenship
