Job Description

A Senior Business Analyst is needed to join the Forecasting and Network Operations Excellence team to manage and drive projects aimed at scaling global operations, optimizing processes, and creating cost-saving solutions. This role involves analytical expertise, strategic vision, and influencing cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage processes and timelines
• Own business outcomes by driving initiatives across technical teams
• Create BI dashboards and datasets
• Manage the demand planning process
• Pinpoint opportunities for business improvement and automation

Requirements

• Master's degree in a Quantitative field +2yrs of relevant experience OR a Bachelors in a Quantitative field +4yrs of relevant experience
• Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and building dashboards with BI Tools
• Ability to read an ETL pipeline and collaborate with Data and Software Engineers
• Ability to design new metrics and collaborate with Data Scientists
• Ability to lead projects independently and collaborate with Operations, Finance
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
