Job Description

DashMart is seeking a motivated and experienced Shift Lead to excel in a fast-paced, physical environment. This role involves overseeing warehouse and kitchen operations, ensuring order fulfillment, maintaining inventory, and leading a team to provide a high-quality customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of assigned shifts including warehouse and kitchen processes, safety/cleanliness, quality, and training
• Maintain accountability for inventory, equipment, and other company assets
• Ensure customer orders are delivered with high quality
• Guide Operations Associates through their shift
• Support operations in both the warehouse and kitchen
• Contribute ideas to improve quality and customer experience

Requirements

• Self-motivated, positive, and a team player
• Proven track record in food and beverage, warehouse, and/or retail environments
• Able to be on feet and move heavy products
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Ability to operate a pallet jack and hand truck
• Ability and desire to obtain and maintain a food handling certificate
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• At least 18 years of age
• Organized and proficient in Google Docs and Google Sheets
• Flexibility in schedule
