DoorDash is seeking a motivated and experienced Shift Lead for their DashMart location in North Valley, Albuquerque. This role involves overseeing warehouse and kitchen operations, ensuring order fulfillment, maintaining inventory, and leading a team to provide a high-quality customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of assigned shifts, including warehouse and kitchen processes
• Ensure safety, cleanliness, and quality
• Maintain inventory and company assets
• Ensure high-quality order delivery
• Guide Operations Associates
• Support warehouse and kitchen operations
• Contribute ideas to improve quality and customer experience

Requirements

• Self-motivated and a team player
• Proven success in food and beverage, warehouse, and/or retail environments
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Ability to operate a pallet jack and hand truck
• Ability and desire to obtain and maintain a food handling certificate
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• At least 18 years of age
• Proficient in Google Docs and Google Sheets
• Flexibility in schedule
