DashMart is seeking a motivated and experienced Shift Lead to excel in a fast-paced environment. The Shift Lead will lead operations associates, manage day-to-day tasks, ensure customer satisfaction, oversee facility management, and contribute to operational improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead operations associates
• Receive and place product
• Prepare customer orders
• Clean and organize work areas
• Ensure smooth order deliveries
• Communicate with customers
• Manage supplier deliveries
• Manage cleaning and maintenance schedules
• Contribute to operational improvements

Requirements

• Self-motivated and a team player
• Proven track record in warehouse, retail, or restaurant environment
• Able to lift up to 40 lbs
• Operate a pallet jack and hand truck
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• At least 18 years of age
• Proficient in Google Docs and Google Sheets
• Flexible schedule
