Job Description

DashMart is seeking a motivated and experienced Shift Lead to excel in a fast-paced, physical environment. This role involves overseeing warehouse and kitchen processes, ensuring order fulfillment, maintaining inventory, and leading a team to deliver high-quality customer experiences.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of assigned shifts, including warehouse and kitchen processes, safety, and training
• Maintain accountability for inventory and company assets
• Ensure high-quality customer order delivery
• Lead and guide Operations Associates
• Support warehouse and kitchen operations
• Contribute ideas to improve quality and customer experience

Requirements

• Self-motivated and a team player
• Proven track record in food and beverage, warehouse, and/or retail environments
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate equipment
• Ability to obtain and maintain a food handling certificate
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• At least 18 years of age
• Proficient in Google Docs and Google Sheets
• Flexibility in schedule
