Manage a 5-15k sq ft distribution center, the local warehouse operating team, and ensure high quality for customers.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, lead, coach & retain a high-performing team
• Own day-to-day operations of the warehouse

• Use data to identify pain-points and improve warehouse operations

Requirements

• Proven leader with experience managing high-performance teams
• Experience supporting a 24/7 business
• Problem-solving skills and innovative thinking
• Experience with data analysis using Excel or Google Sheets
• 3+ years’ experience in Operations, Warehouse Logistics, Retail Management, Fulfillment, or related field
• 3+ years of experience managing a team
• College degree or relevant professional work experience
• Flexibility in schedule
