Manage a distribution center, the local warehouse operating team, and ensure high quality for customers.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, lead, coach, and retain a high-performing team
• Delegate daily tasks and ensure high performance
• Own day-to-day operations of the warehouse
• Ensure the site processes run smoothly, efficiently, and safely
• Manage scheduling and labor budget
• Meet site-level metric goals
• Provide customers with the best possible experience
• Maintain key quality metrics
• Work cross-functionally with central teams
• Identify pain-points or areas of inefficiency
• Design, build, and execute process improvement projects

Requirements

• Proven leader with experience managing high-performance teams
• Experience supporting a 24/7 business across multiple shifts
• Problem-solving skills
• Unafraid of ambiguity
• Analytical skills with data analysis experience
• 3+ years’ experience in Operations, Warehouse Logistics, Retail Management, Fulfillment, or related field
• 3+ years of experience managing a team
• College degree, or relevant professional work experience
• Flexibility in schedule
