Manage day-to-day operations of a shared-use commercial kitchen, ensuring accurate and timely food order fulfillment, supporting restaurant operators, maintaining facility upkeep, and ensuring food safety compliance.
Responsibilities
Facility management including opening/closing, receiving deliveries, cleaning, and basic maintenance
Providing technical support to merchants
Ensuring food safety compliance
Expediting orders to pick-up area and Dashers
Fulfilling front of house orders
Requirements
Experience in food and beverage, hospitality, or logistics/fulfillment
Passion for customer service
Ability to establish and maintain working relationships
Skills for emergency repairs and maintenance
Strong organizational skills
Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
