Responsibilities
Execute Menu Items from scratch
Prepare Ingredients for Assigned Station
Collect, Clean, and Organize Dishes
Follow All Kitchen SOPs
Maintain standards of sanitation and safety
Receive and Organize Inventory
Work as a Team
Requirements
1 year or more experience cooking in a high volume kitchen environment
Experience preparing food from scratch, making hot and cold sauces, and have basic knife skills
Experience cooking food items by grilling, frying, sautéing and other cooking methods to specified recipes and standards
ServeSafe certified
Highly organized, work well under pressure and execute tasks with speed, accuracy and attention to detail
