Job Description

The Technical Accounting and Financial Reporting team oversees DoorDash’s external and internal reporting. The role involves managing external and internal reporting, being the subject matter expert for cash flows and other technical accounting matters, and collaborating with various teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage and prepare SEC filings
• Prepare monthly and quarterly consolidated statements of cash flows
• Assist in preparing monthly financial reporting for management and quarterly reporting to the Audit Committee
• Perform technical accounting research and assessment of transactions
• Main contributor to PBCs requested by auditors
• Key decision maker on accounting policies and standard operating procedures
• Partner with FP&A, Accounting, Investor Relations and Legal teams

Requirements

• 5+ years of accounting experience
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting
• CPA required
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP, PCAOB standards, SOX/internal controls
• Experience with Oracle, NetSuite and GSuite preferred
