Job Description

The Director, Supplier Risk and Reporting will lead the development and implementation of a robust Supplier Risk and Reporting function globally. This role involves setting policy, communicating standards, reporting on business risk, and providing mitigation best practices. The role reports to the Head of Global Procurement within the DoorDash Finance organization and can be based in a local DoorDash hub office in the United States or remotely.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement a supplier risk management program aligned with strategic goals and regulatory requirements
  • Serve as the Directly Responsible Individual for supplier risk related activities
  • Develop and own a roadmap for a supplier risk and reporting program
  • Oversee and continuously improve policies, tools, and processes for supplier due diligence, risk assessment, and ongoing monitoring
  • Analyze supplier risk exposure and provide actionable insights
  • Ensure supplier compliance with laws, regulations, and DoorDash policies
  • Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing supplier risk and reporting team
  • Provide training and education to internal stakeholders

Requirements

  • 12+ years of experience in enterprise risk management, compliance, audit, or a related field, with a focus on supplier risk
  • Demonstrated success in building and scaling risk management programs
  • Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and industry standards
  • Proven leadership and influencing skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in risk management software and analytics tools
