Job Description

This role involves establishing and leading the inaugural Security function within the Internal Audit department, defining and executing security risk assessment strategies, and collaborating with Global Security and Privacy teams. The role demands a proactive and strategic thinker with a strong foundation in cybersecurity.

Responsibilities

• Stand up the first-ever Security function within Internal Audit
• Define Internal Audit’s roadmap for managing and assessing security-related risks
• Act as a strategic partner to Global Security and Privacy teams
• Develop and execute risk-based IT and cybersecurity audit plans
• Leverage understanding of industry regulations and standards
• Aid in the development and implementation of continuous monitoring for key security controls
• Utilize data analytics to identify security trends and potential risks

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in IT audit, cybersecurity, or a related field
• Experience building a Security assessment program
• Experience planning and executing audits of various security domains
• Effective communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Strong understanding of IT and cybersecurity frameworks and standards
• Experience collaborating with a geographically distributed team
• Experience with GRC tools and security solutions
• Knowledge of cloud computing platforms
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field
