DoorDash is hiring an experienced program manager to help jumpstart their legal compliance program. The role involves cross-functional collaboration to manage risk identification, gap mitigation, and controls enablement projects in a complex regulatory landscape.

Responsibilities

• Drive execution of compliance strategic initiatives globally
• Build scalable systems to support regulatory compliance
• Lead initiatives to automate compliance processes
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance requirements are met
• Track compliance gap and issue remediation efforts
• Develop compliance metrics, dashboards, and reporting frameworks
• Strengthen a culture of compliance with training and awareness programs

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in project management, regulatory operations, audit, or risk management
• Bachelor's degree in related fields
• Experience building scalable technical solutions
• Experience designing and operationalizing compliance workflows
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and lead multiple projects
• Ability to communicate effectively cross-functionally
• Familiarity with GRC and Audit management tools
