Job Description

The Compensation Consultant will develop, implement, and manage DoorDash's compensation strategy, supporting business areas and contributing to initiatives for unique employee populations. They will provide data-driven decisions, stay abreast of industry best practices, and ensure compliance with reporting and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage compensation strategy and programs
• Support teams as a strategic partner and compensation expert
• Identify opportunities to leverage AI and machine learning
• Lead, manage, and assess compensation programs
• Collaborate with stakeholders and ensure compliance

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• 8+ years of experience in compensation program development
• Ability to translate vision into strategy
• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills
• Strong business acumen and data analysis skills
• Deep understanding of equity/stock compensation
• Comfortable with emerging HR technologies
