DoorDash Labs is seeking a Quality Assurance & Verification Lead to ensure the safety and quality of software for autonomous delivery robots. This lead role involves collaboration with various teams, team growth, and technical contributions to address quality assurance challenges.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the safety and quality of software for autonomous robots
• Collaborate with Product, Autonomy Software Engineering, and Operations teams
• Solve cross-functional quality assurance challenges
• Grow and manage a team
• Design verification campaigns
• Implement software release processes

Requirements

• B.S., M.S., or PhD in Computer Science, Robotics, or related field
• 6+ years of industry experience in AV, Robotics, or embedded systems
• Experience with C/C++ or Python
• Experience designing verification campaigns
• Experience with requirements engineering
• Experience defining and implementing software release processes
• Experience managing a team
