Job Description

As a TPM for VnV and Release at DoorDash Labs, you will play a central role within the engineering team as they scale and optimize last-mile deliveries using autonomy. This role involves program managing the VnV and release of software for public roads, driving autonomy features from requirements to validated public roads driving readiness, and collaborating with various teams.

Responsibilities

• Program manage the VnV and release of software for public roads
• Drive completion of autonomy features from requirements to validated public roads driving readiness
• Evolve VnV and Simulation methodologies, pipelines, and infrastructure
• Work with leaders and engineers across Product, DevOps, Hardware, Software, Firmware, Controls, AI and Ops to plan, track, follow up and resolve issues

Requirements

• 8+ years of industry experience in engineering and program management
• In-depth understanding of autonomy feature validation strategies
• Demonstrated success scaling VnV frameworks and infrastructure
• In-depth experience with the software development life cycle
• A track record of managing complex, cross-functional programs
• Ability to operate from a deep technical level to providing program status to executive leadership
• Strong familiarity with program management tools
• B.S., M.S., or PhD. in engineering
