Job Description

As a Technical Program Manager for Hardware NPI you’ll drive execution across cross-functional teams spanning mechanical design, embedded systems, controls, and manufacturing operations. This is a high-ownership, mission-critical role with visibility across the entire hardware product lifecycle—from prototype through scaled deployment.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive hardware and autonomy programs from concept to production
• Lead New Product Introduction (NPI) efforts
• Serve as the central node for coordinating design, manufacturing, validation, and supplier execution
• Define and track program timelines, critical paths, and risk mitigation strategies
• Partner with engineering leads to ensure technical decisions align with schedule and manufacturing constraints
• Communicate program status, risks, and decisions to stakeholders
• Help build robust manufacturing plans

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in hardware program management
• Deep understanding of hardware product development processes
• Hands-on experience working with contract manufacturers
• Familiarity with a range of manufacturing processes
• Excellent technical fluency
• Strong organizational skills
• Exceptional communication and reporting skills
• Bachelor’s or higher degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field
