DoorDash is seeking Senior Technical Program Managers to drive engineering-wide initiatives related to convenience & grocery and empowering local economies. Responsibilities include establishing vision, strategy, technical direction, and success metrics for engineering teams, planning and executing optimizations, demonstrating technical depth, nurturing stakeholders, navigating a complex organization, and managing processes and timelines.

Responsibilities

• Build trust by developing strong technical domain knowledge

• Experience with platform and/or product engineers and large-scale distributed systems
• Strong leadership and collaboration skills

• Excellent written & verbal communication skills
• Experience with product & platform development
