Job Description

Lead a team to own the subscription lifecycle for DashPass, including systems and user experience around activating subscriptions, managing membership billing, and preventing churn. Drive the technical vision and execution of the team while also leading the evolution of DashPass.

Responsibilities

• Lead a full stack team to own Dashpass subscriptions
• Partner with stakeholders to define the roadmap and vision
• Build an outstanding team by coaching and empowering engineers
• Scale the team by recruiting, retaining, and developing engineers
• Inspire the team with technical vision and create alignment
• Provide technical guidance and contribute hands-on when necessary

Requirements

• B.S., M.S., or Ph.D. in Computer Science or equivalent
• 7+ years of industry experience
• Minimum of 2 years of management experience
• Experience with non-technical stakeholders, cross-team collaboration, and building scalable products
• Ability to handle ambiguity and work with product and business partners
• Ability to guide and grow an excellent engineering team
