Job Description

The Engineering Manager will lead a team of engineers focused on building and scaling the product platform that fosters customer satisfaction and long term engagement. They will partner with PMs, ML engineers, and Strategy & Operations to define and execute a strategic roadmap.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow a team of backend and client-side engineers
• Shape the future of order tracking
• Collaborate with Product Managers and stakeholders to determine the team's roadmap
• Provide architectural guidance and professional development

• Drive key business metrics

Requirements

• BS, MS, or PhD in Computer Science or related field
• 3+ years of experience in people management leading full-stack teams
• 8+ years of industry experience
• Experience with distributed system design, system scaling, and performance optimization
• Hands-on leadership and strong product intuition
• Humility and growth mindset
• Adaptability and ability to thrive in ambiguity
