Job Description

As a Product Designer on the Drive team, you’ll work with product managers, engineers, and other XFN partners to build outstanding logistics and delivery experiences for dashers, merchants, and consumers. You’ll work on 0 to 1 product areas, influence long term strategy and vision, and solve challenging design problems that sit at the intersection of the physical and digital worlds.

Responsibilities

• Define vision and strategy in a fast-growing, 0 to 1 product space
• Own product areas end to end, contribute to product strategy, run design sprints, and craft visions
• Work cross-functionally with product managers, engineers, and other disciplines to build and ship your designs
• Create, collaborate, and iterate on flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals
• Influence your team's approach to product development, shaping the team's culture, processes, and practices

Requirements

• Senior-level IC with 5+ years of work experience
• Experience with 0 to 1 product development
• Passion for contributing to product strategy and vision for new product areas
• Craftsperson with a passion for visual design
