The Merchant Experience team at DoorDash crafts tools and services to empower merchants to thrive. This role involves leading the design of intuitive solutions for in-store operations, back-office performance analytics, financial reconciliation, and issue resolution. The Senior Product Design Manager will drive product strategy, manage a team of designers, and build a world-class design culture.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• 10+ years of design experience with 3+ years in team building and people management
• Track record of delivering well-executed products and driving business impact
• Advocate for craft and customer-centricity
• Passionate about making a difference in the local community
• Visualize and articulate a clear design strategy
• Experience in complex product ecosystems
• Experienced in managing executive leadership
• Skilled at building a high-performing team and attracting top talents
