Job Description

As the Group Product Manager for Fraud, you will lead a team of PMs focused on fraud initiatives, including Payments Fraud, Credit & Refunds abuse, and fraudulent misuse of the DoorDash ecosystem. You will reduce financial risk, enhance KYC efforts, and ensure a healthy ecosystem across global markets.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of PMs driving innovation in fraud prevention
• Develop scalable solutions for complex risk problems
• Partner cross-functionally to enhance security and trust
• Own and influence key risk-related metrics
• Define and execute the roadmap for financial risk management and fraud strategy

Requirements

• 8+ years of Product Management experience with deep domain expertise in fraud, risk, and/or trust & safety
• 3+ years of experience managing a team of PMs
• 5+ years in a fraud, risk or payments product
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and working with machine learning-based risk models
• Ability to thrive in ambiguous environments and make data-driven decisions
• Track record of navigating regulatory requirements and building scalable fraud prevention systems
• Strong communication skills to align stakeholders and influence decision-making
