Job Description

The Merchant Content & Social Marketing Manager at DoorDash will create content to engage the merchant audience, overseeing a content calendar including videos, customer testimonials, and trends reports. They will manage the storytelling strategy, social media strategy, video production, and content strategies to meet business goals.

Responsibilities

  • Own the storytelling strategy for DoorDash for Merchants
  • Manage the publishing calendar for owned channels
  • Build the DoorDash for Merchants social media strategy
  • Manage video production for social-first video content
  • Develop content strategies
  • Own our non-branded keyword strategy
  • Track and report on content and social performance
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest content and social trends

Requirements

  • Superb written and oral communication skills
  • Resourceful attitude with a bias for action
  • Ability to work cross-functionally
  • Extensive hands-on experience developing content and social strategies
  • BA degree in English, Marketing, or Journalism, or 5 years of work experience
