Job Description

As an Associate, Campaign Operations, you will be responsible for building, testing and launching Retention Marketing campaigns designed by our Lifecycle Marketing partners. You will partner closely with the Lifecycle Marketing team and Project Managers to ensure each campaign has completed all required steps prior to launch, and is delivered on time to the end-consumer, with high quality and excellent craft.

Responsibilities

  • Build, launch, and optimize retention marketing campaigns across various channels using Braze
  • Develop scalable workflows, processes, and best practices to ensure campaigns are launched with high quality and minimal errors
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to align on campaign goals, audience segmentation, and creative execution
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations to improve quality, craft and efficiency for future initiatives
  • Act as the primary point of contact for Campaign Operations for your Lifecycle Marketing partners, ensuring alignment with company goals and priorities
  • Leverage Braze and other marketing platforms to implement sophisticated campaigns, including automation, dynamic content, and A/B testing

Requirements

  • 3-4 years of experience in Retention Marketing, Email Marketing, or Lifecycle Marketing
  • Hands-on experience with Braze is required
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to interpret data and analytics to inform decisions and optimize campaign development and quality
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
