Job Description

As an Associate Manager of Dasher Retention Marketing, you will own the International lifecycle communication programs to improve Dasher quality and retention. You’ll leverage email, SMS, push, and in-app messaging to drive key business metrics for our Australia, New Zealand, and Canada markets. You will collaborate with all parts of the business including Product, Strategy and Operations, and Analytics to ensure the International programs meet the growing needs of drivers and contribute to our business goals.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, test, and implement CRM strategies to improve key business metrics for International programs
  • Create the strategy and framework to personalize Dasher communications
  • Manage cross-functional relationships with product marketing, operations, and product partners
  • Manage the campaign strategy end to end
  • Analyze campaign results, develop benchmarks, and create and share regular performance reports
  • Align with International teams regularly to share best practices and insights with the broader marketing team

Requirements

  • 4-6+ years of experience in marketing or growth overall; 3+ years of experience in lifecycle, email, CRM, or retention marketing
  • Strong analytical skills
  • A record of driving business results via cross-channel marketing campaigns
  • Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with data visualization platforms such as Sigma, Tableau, etc.
  • Extremely organized, dependable, self-motivated & ability to multi-task
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
