Job Description

The Senior Account Executive will work with restaurants and hospitality groups to support the launch of the new In Store business and bring merchants onto DoorDash's In Store platform. They will identify gaps in operations, craft recommendations, and ensure a smooth transition for new partners.

Responsibilities

  • Close new and existing business, including sales discovery and pipeline management
  • Drive in-store revenue through customer engagement
  • Engage with decision-makers, customizing the story to fit their use case
  • Sell upgrades, upsells, and cross-sells of DoorDash products
  • Customize narratives to showcase revenue growth and streamlined operations
  • Collaborate with sales teams and negotiate sales terms
  • Travel across the region

Requirements

  • 4+ years of sales experience, with a majority in SaaS technology or related field
  • 2+ years of SMB and/or B2B sales experience
  • Experience in an outside sales environment
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Knowledge of Excel, Sheets, and related data skills
  • Experience in the restaurant, hotel, or related hospitality industry
