Job Description

The Enterprise Ad Sales Team is seeking an Agency Development Lead to develop the strategy for the media agency business, creating a scalable and sustainable value exchange between agency stakeholders, advertisers, and DoorDash customers. This role involves building relationships, training agency teams, and influencing the DoorDash ads product roadmap.

Responsibilities

  • Build foundational knowledge of agency to DoorDash advertiser relationships
  • Develop infrastructure for long-term partnerships and scaled initiatives
  • Establish and grow senior relationships with Agency Holding Companies
  • Educate and empower team members across agency organizations
  • Own sales pipeline for agency agreements
  • Serve as the primary voice of the media agency landscape within DoorDash
  • Indirectly accelerate brand-specific advertiser growth

Requirements

  • First-hand understanding of the advertising agency landscape and operating model
