Job Description

As a Senior Manager in our Commercial Operations team, you'll be at the forefront of streamlining deal execution, ensuring data integrity, and navigating approvals to maintain compliance and achieve optimal deal structures and pricing. You will partner closely with the sales organization, providing critical support and enabling strategic opportunities across DoorDash.

Requirements

  • 8+ years in high-growth tech environments
  • Experience navigating complex deal structures and creating proactive policies
  • Expertise in developing efficient, repeatable deal processes
  • Skilled communicator and consensus builder
  • Proven ability to define and document key Commercial Operations decisions and policies
  • Demonstrated success in expanding Commercial Operations scope
  • Experience building strong relationships and collaborating effectively with Legal, Sales Operations, Accounting, Finance, and Product Management
  • Experience managing multi-faceted teams
  • Experience leading and scaling commercial operations, deal desk or a sales support function
  • 5+ years of experience managing a team
  • Strong analytical skills and practical judgment
  • Proactive problem-solver with strong analytical and communication skills
  • Attention to detail with a strong bias for action
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or other relevant fields preferred
  • Technical aptitude to work with multiple systems including Salesforce, JIRA, and Contracting Software
  • Intermediate knowledge of Salesforce, Contracting Tools and Google Suite
