Job Description

As a Merchant Strategy & Operations Senior Associate at DoorDash, you will drive impact and solve problems by digging into details, executing quickly in the face of ambiguity, and building strong cross-functional collaboration. You will own the end-to-end strategy and execution that shape the success of merchants on our platform.

Responsibilities

• Build the strategy for helping merchants succeed
• Provide fast and seamless solutions when merchants face issues
• Minimize operational friction
• Use data-driven decision-making to drive go-to-market & execution for new initiatives
• Work cross-functionally with various teams to land key initiatives

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher
• 2-3 years of experience in consulting, strategy, operations, banking, technology, or related experience
• Experience leading a team is a plus
• Proven track record of working on cross-functional initiatives
• Managing towards ambitious goals
