Job Description

DoorDash is seeking a Strategy & Operations Manager to build the DashPass subscription business, focusing on strategy development, implementation of growth initiatives, data analysis, and experiment execution to improve subscriber acquisition and retention.

Responsibilities

  • Innovate and work on support strategy within the DashPass business
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to build, launch, and scale new opportunities
  • Partner with teams to implement ideas
  • Use data-driven decision-making to run tests
  • Build products and launch plans
  • Assess the operational and financial impacts of decisions

Requirements

  • 6-8 years of experience in strategy, operations, product, or related areas
  • Analytics experience in SQL, building financial models, and performance tracking
  • Track record of leading initiatives and succeeding in a cross-functional team environment
  • Ability to build overarching strategy and dive deep into specific issues
  • Bias toward action and a track record of leading initiatives
  • Structure, organization, and focus in work
  • BA/BS degree in quantitative or business fields
