Job Description

The Fraud team at DoorDash focuses on minimizing fraud costs and protecting the platform. The Team Lead will manage a team of 10-12 individuals, resolve fraud issues, and improve team performance. This role requires in-office presence in Tempe, AZ, and reports to a Fraud Supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Lead team by answering questions and providing feedback
• Establish and manage team goals and objectives
• Create and present performance reports
• Foster a culture of open communication
• Demonstrate comprehension of fraud industry and relevant technologies
• Maintain SLAs and deliver insights to stakeholders

Requirements

• 3+ years experience in Integrity Ops or similar
• 1+ years of operational leadership experience
• Google suite intermediate proficiency
• Proficient in RWS, THQ, Sift, MINT, Slack, Jira
• Strong written and verbal communication
