Job Description

The Associate Manager will work on the end-to-end fulfillment strategy for one of DoorDash's most nascent verticals, focusing on delivery quality. The role involves driving strategy, building, and rolling out new product capabilities and operational initiatives to improve dispatch throughput and fulfillment efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Own business outcomes and quality metrics
• Develop plans to improve performance
• Work cross-functionally to improve quality and enable growth
• Drive the strategy, build, and rollout of new product capabilities and operational initiatives

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Product Operations, high-growth startup, or Investment Banking
• Proficient in Excel modeling and using data to solve problems
• Knowledge of SQL is required
• Bachelor’s Degree required
