Job Description

The Strategy & Operations Dasher & Logistics team supports DoorDash’s growth by ensuring fast and on-time deliveries and maintaining a fleet of Dashers. The team is building the Local Commerce Service Partner (LCSP) program to ensure exceptional delivery experiences. As a Senior Associate, you will focus on the LCSP platform, delivery quality, and partner success, launching initiatives to deliver targeted volume, cost, and quality business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Analyze costs and benefits of LCSP initiatives
• Define recommendations to improve LCSP program operations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Run tests to grow the LCSP program
• Dive into data to create value for LCSP owners and Delivery Associates
• Generate insights from complex data sets
• Work with cross-functional partners to drive strategy and execution

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• 2-4 years of experience in consulting, strategy, or operations
• Comfortable with SQL and building models in Excel
• Data-driven decision maker
