Job Description

As an Operations Specialist in Autonomy Tech Support at DoorDash Labs, you will ensure the successful daily operations of the robot fleet and guide communication between Operations and Engineering teams to track and resolve field operations issues. This role is 100% in-office and requires early and late shifts, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Be a primary contact for escalated software and hardware issues
• Perform initial debugging and troubleshooting
• Document new symptoms or failure modes
• Use trend analysis to report anomalies
• Create resolution steps documentation and maintain knowledge base

Requirements

• Comfortable with Linux command line, GitHub, Jira, and Service software
• Experience debugging and troubleshooting complex technical problems
• Prior experience with autonomous vehicles and/or robotics
• Willing to work flexible hours including weekends
• Curious about how things work
