Job Description

The Operations Specialist will assist with experimental products within DoorDash Labs, working with Product and Engineering teams to deploy and maintain these products. Responsibilities include training staff, on-site audits, data collection, and debugging new features.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the deployment and sustenance of experimental products
• Travel to merchants for staff training
• Conduct on-site audits to gauge product performance
• Collect data and debug new product features

Requirements

• Enthusiasm for travel and experiencing technology in different merchant locations
• Collaborative work ethic with self-sufficiency
• Familiarity with ticketing tools
• 2+ years of experience or strong interest in the space
