Job Description

You will own building out consumer financial products strategy across our platform. You will be responsible for defining, executing, and optimizing growth initiatives for existing and net new consumer financial products and partnerships. You will manage multiple teams, including our existing >$1B gift card business, but also build new businesses 0 to 1 in the Fintech space.

• Implement scalable initiatives and best practices
• Solve problems from first principles
• Operate at different levels of detail
• Experiment with data and build data models
• Influence the organization and create strategic plans

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in high-performing cultures
• Experience in fintech and/or payments industries
• Previous management experience
• Completed Bachelor’s Degree in business, finance, economics, engineering or related field
• MBA is a plus
