Job Description

The New Verticals team at DoorDash is seeking Senior Associates for their Grocery Strategy & Operations team. The role involves defining go-to-market strategies, managing growth and quality initiatives, and analyzing data to inform operational and product strategies. The position is based in New York or San Francisco and requires cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Develop optimal strategies for customers
• Manage week over week metrics to drive high quality operations
• Build models using Excel and SQL to evaluate costs and benefits of programs
• Transform strategies into operational experiments
• Launch new products and scale new businesses
• Partner with and influence cross-functional teams

Requirements

• 2-4+ years of experience in analytical and cross-functional roles
• Ownership of work product and outcomes
• Entrepreneurial with a bias for action
• Analytical with SQL and Excel skills
• Problem-solving from first principles
• Comfortable operating at both high and low levels of detail
• Ability to thrive in ambiguous environments
