Job Description

As a Senior Associate on the DashMart Strategy & Operations team, you will support the operational launches of new processes, technical features, and systems to support the growth of 1,000+ live Warehousing as a Service concepts. You will coordinate initiatives, manage cross-functional workflows, and ensure efficient execution. You will also provide guidance to product and engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to operationalize new product enhancements
• Act as a key consultant for new product builds
• Coordinate and track ongoing product initiatives
• Manage cross-functional stakeholders
• Address any blockers quickly
• Be responsible for initiative roll-out to local sites
• Collect and organize user feedback, support tickets, and performance metrics

Requirements

• 2-4+ years of experience in strategy, engineering, consulting, operations, supply chain, or a related field
• Strong cross-functional skills
• Experience with projects spanning multiple teams
• Ability to prioritize and balance stakeholder needs
• Experience performing data analysis
• Bachelor’s Degree in engineering, mathematics, or business
