Job Description

The Associate Manager will lead key business objectives within the CPG Activations work stream, shaping strategy and driving impact for CPG brand advertisers. This role involves cross-functional collaboration and managing ads and promotional products.

Responsibilities

  • Own measurable business outcomes by leading initiatives that drive spend and deliver incremental value for Brand and Advertiser audiences
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration to plan and execute go-to-market strategies for CPG advertisers on seasonal campaigns
  • Take ownership of tracking progress against key business objectives
  • Effectively influence Product roadmap by advocating for CPG brands and account team needs
  • Bring product offerings to market both internally and externally
  • Utilize data to manage and optimize product performance while informing long-term strategic initiatives
  • Partner with Sales and Partner Management teams to identify opportunities for improvement and own the end-to-end development and execution of enhanced processes

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in consumer tech, last-mile delivery, consulting, strategy, marketing, e-commerce, product marketing, or ad operations
  • Proven track record of leading projects, working cross-functionally, and driving growth
  • Experience in a product or consumer-focused environment
  • Excellent analytical abilities (proficient with Excel required; SQL preferred)
