Job Description

Viant is seeking an Account Manager to manage client relationships, provide pre-sales support, and drive account retention and upsell activities. The role involves supporting the RFI/RFP process, managing client accounts, coordinating campaign updates, and utilizing data to develop tailored campaign recommendations.

Responsibilities

  • Support RFI/RFP process
  • Craft responses to RFPs and RFIs
  • Manage and grow assigned accounts
  • Liaise between client and internal departments
  • Manage the campaign launch process
  • Utilize campaign management tools
  • Understand Viant’s product offerings
  • Develop tailored campaign recommendations
  • Support growth goals

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of digital media/programmatic/ad tech experience
  • Strong understanding of digital media and ad tech
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Consultative and strategic thinker
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM
  • Bachelor’s degree required
