Job Description

Viant is seeking a Senior Account Manager to manage client relationships, provide pre-sales support, and drive account retention and upsell activities within a dynamic sales team. The role involves crafting responses to RFPs, managing client accounts, coordinating campaign updates, and utilizing data to develop tailored campaign recommendations.

Responsibilities

  • Support RFI/RFP process
  • Craft responses to RFPs and RFIs
  • Manage and grow assigned accounts
  • Work as liaison between client and internal departments
  • Manage campaign launch process
  • Utilize Salesforce and other campaign management tools
  • Deep understanding of Viant’s product offering
  • Develop tailored campaign recommendations
  • Support growth goals

Requirements

  • 3-5 years digital media/programmatic/ad tech account management experience
  • Strong understanding of digital media and ad tech
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Consultative and strategic thinker
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM
  • Bachelor’s degree required
