Job Description

Seeking a strategic, results-oriented marketing leader to drive B2B SaaS growth for the Application Testing business. Responsibilities include building and executing marketing plans, managing campaigns, overseeing brand messaging, enabling the field, and optimizing performance.

Responsibilities

  • Define and implement marketing strategy
  • Manage marketing plan, budget, and performance reporting
  • Identify market trends and buyer needs
  • Align messaging and campaigns to Ideal Customer Profiles
  • Lead pipeline reviews and report on marketing performance
  • Track KPIs and optimize programs
  • Plan, execute, and optimize integrated campaigns
  • Manage content strategy and brand messaging
  • Oversee content development
  • Leverage data for campaign improvements
  • Explore and evaluate new marketing channels
  • Develop and maintain sales and partner enablement materials
  • Organize and support enablement sessions
  • Plan and execute regional marketing efforts
  • Meet regularly with Account Executives and Customer Success Managers
  • Support customer marketing and retention efforts
  • Define co-marketing campaigns and success metrics
  • Collaborate with partner managers
  • Manage direct reports
  • Evaluate performance of campaigns
  • Foster collaboration across teams

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field
  • 5+ years of B2B SaaS experience
  • Strong background in digital marketing and campaign execution
  • Experience with product-led growth models
  • Ability to manage cross-functional initiatives and budgets
  • Familiarity with CRM, Marketing Automation, ABM platforms, and project management tools
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and analytical skills
