Job Description

Lead customer success team, ensuring clients achieve desired outcomes using services. Drive customer satisfaction, reduce churn, and ensure clients receive outstanding support. This is an in-office role.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement customer success strategy

  • Establish customer success metrics and KPIs
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams
  • Manage key customer relationships

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in related field is a plus
  • 5+ years of customer success leadership experience
  • Proven track record of leading customer success teams
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • Experience with customer success software
  • Passionate about technology
