Job Description

Nominal seeks its first RevOps hire to build the foundation for its growing GTM motion, acting as the connective tissue between sales, customer success, marketing, and finance to power the revenue engine.

Responsibilities

  • Build scalable, automated processes for pipeline tracking, forecasting, and reporting
  • Maintain and update CRM for pipeline visibility and documentation
  • Assess funnel health and review marketing conversion performance
  • Create dashboards and reports for sales and marketing figures
  • Report financial performance with the Finance team
  • Run GTM meetings including pipeline reviews and planning
  • Support the Sales team with playbook design, qualification templates, and onboarding materials

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in RevOps, SalesOps, GTM Strategy, or similar roles
  • Experience building and owning processes
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to create shared understanding across Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Finance
  • Fluency with GTM tools including CRMs, dashboards, and workflow automation
  • Experience in B2B SaaS
  • Prior contributions to pricing, market segmentation, and compensation planning
