Job Description

The LTV Optimisation Delivery Lead will drive player-focused experimentation and strategic learning to increase lifetime value across the PlayStation ecosystem, focusing on cross-channel experimentations and project managing matrix teams.

Responsibilities

  • Design and manage experiments
  • Project manage experimentation workflows
  • Manage audience definitions across channels
  • Lead tactical experiments to drive revenue
  • Measure and communicate experiment outcomes
  • Optimize and automate initiatives

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in CRM, Customer Loyalty, Project Management, or Commercial Management
  • Ability to lead complex projects
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Experience using data-driven experimentation
  • Comfortable in fast-paced, multi-functional settings
  • Proactive and experimental attitude
  • Collaborative teammate
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Marketing, Economics and Finance (Preferred)
  • Proficiency in SQL and data literacy (Preferred)
  • Familiarity with experimentation frameworks (Preferred)
  • Background in tech or gaming (Preferred)
