Requirements
5+ years of experience in CRM, Customer Loyalty, Project Management, or Commercial Management
Ability to lead complex projects
Strong presentation skills
Experience using data-driven experimentation
Comfortable in fast-paced, multi-functional settings
Proactive and experimental attitude
Collaborative teammate
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Marketing, Economics and Finance (Preferred)
Proficiency in SQL and data literacy (Preferred)
Familiarity with experimentation frameworks (Preferred)
