Job Description

The LTV Optimisation Planning Lead will drive player-focused experimentation and strategic learning to increase lifetime value across the PlayStation ecosystem, focusing on understanding player behaviors and uncovering growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Ideate and build cases for customer-led activations and experimentation
  • Design and manage experiments
  • Lead tactical experiments to drive revenue
  • Measure and communicate experiment outcomes
  • Manage commercial aspects of key strategic partners

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing technology, CRM, commercial strategy, data + analytics or customer loyalty roles
  • Proficiency in SQL and strong data literacy
  • Ability to lead complex projects
  • Demonstrated success in data-driven experimentation
  • Comfortable in fast-paced, multi-functional settings
